History of the name "Pistakee"

My family has had a summer home on Pistakee Lake for 53 years. Some of our neighbors have been there even longer. None of us are sure of where the name "Pistakee" came from although it has been debated for many years. We believe it to be Indian but can not find reference to an Indian named Pistakee or a tribe named Pistakee. Does anyone have the answer to this years old family debate?
