Guys sent me to get fuel in portable fuel tank late yesterday. They were trying to finish up an 135 outboard, and the tank was empty. I agreed to make the run so off I went 3 miles down the road to the gas station. It's the same station I get fuel in my diesel truck all the time. Pulled up to pump and put 6 gallons of fuel and pint of oil in tank and headed back to the shop, gladely helping in speeding up there work. After all, I saved them about 15 minutes, right? Well, at 9:00pm they could not get the engine started and we called it a night. I had another boat I wanted to look at, but I had to put that on the back burner. Long story short, they just called at 3:40pm to tell me they got the engine started. They thanked me for filling the tank with diesel fuel. I really hate to post this story, but now I have to laugh at myself. After all, it's the same pump I used 3 days a week. At least they can't fire me.

Well at least is was not engine I am going to have you put in the Seacamper and Gas was added.

Its gonna be a loooooong time before you live this one down. You need to get the hos hangout fixed - your attention span is affected because of it and its hindering your ability to multi-task. You may want to back up and see if you can walk and chew gum at the same time - but that's alright....that's why DeeDee sends you away every day.

Angler and Pfisher. Sometimes the best entertainment comes from you looking back at yourself. Funny, last night I was smellin' the fuel from the carbs, and sayin' that just don't smell right. LMAO. Never even crossed my mind what had happened. As far as walkin' and chewin' gum>>>> Forget that. Ala.Angler, you should just be happy I can handle two throttles, two shifters and all associated duties to take you for a ride that was only 2mph less than your bride. Pontoon Fisher, you come fish at my house. We got some talkin' to do. Me and you will fish Ala. Anglers next tourney and win. You choose the boat we fish from.

After Cat has 3 beers no more working on boats:
- Diesel fuel when should have been gas
- Thermostats installed upside down
- Sure there are more untold stories
So after 3 beers no more working on boats, as to much of a liability and sooner or later at his age he is going to get hurt or blow up the shop - LMAO.

Most people have some basic rules of thumb they live by...
Stop on red; go on green
Hot water on left; cold on right
Chit don't run uphill
Red is positive; black is negative
CAT's new rule of thumb is
GAS in gas tank; DIESEL in diesel tank
see y'all later....I'm goin to Jordan to brave the wind and cold in search of a nice bag of fish. Hope CAT does not cast an ill wave of karma my way, bless his heart!
