WEEK 7: Finally, pool picking returned to normalcy as LAMONT led the field getting 12 out of 18 correct for a very respectable 67%.
LAKNGULF and MOVINFR8 ended in a dead heat for 2nd getting 11 correct and both had the exact same Tiebreaker Score...had to resort to the alphabet to seperate those two! Louie the cat was on this week as Talisi also snagged 11 wins but got bumped down a notch on the TB score. Just behind those was a field of six with 10 wins for the week. Looking now at the overall, we find BIGFOOT and SMITTY tied with 80 wins..being da commish has it's perks :) ...JLAZC comes in at third with 79 points followed by TALISI with 78. Hitting the "drop worst 3" button now shows LAKEDUDE, JLAZC, and SMITTY at the top. Hard to believe, but we are now moving into WEEK 8 already....how time flies when you're having fun...Congratulations to this weeks leaders and good luck to all next week.

Congrats to our pool. Lots of fun, some have had some remarkable weeks. Lots of fun. Did I mention, lots of fun? Just surprised more have not joined the pool.

I agree 'dauber. I would love to see much greater participation in the Lakes Online Sports Forum since it is available to all who visit the site countrywide. That would also bring in more pool participants. Although, it is nice to see the pool regulars jump from last year's 'dirty dozen' to 20 this year...maybe I should add here that anyone can join at any time..just go back to the page on this forum where I have posted the sign-up info or e-mail me from this site.
