I heard the chicken condo is nicely done with in-house plumbing, electrical and even a 50" plasma with satellite hook up for TV and Internet.

I think he has you fooled as not a chicken condo, but a Cat condo for when Mrs Cat kicks him out of the house which is about 1 or 2 times a week from what I am told.
