Looks like a bad water pump on the starboard drive. But they both have clean oil and engage forward and reveres.

Ok I will Rooster. Just tinkering whit it right now. Trying to see what we have to work whit. I am still full bore on the SeaCamper. Can't wait to back that thing up to chucks. Maybe I wont hit the slip this time. LOL

Yea, other than cosmetics, It only 2 impellers and a steering cable from a short test. So far everything works and looks sound.
