NASA just found a "large" amount of water on the moon. NASA, may I strongly suggest that you do not put the Army Corps of Engineers in charge of that water, they will make it all disappear.

Sticking my neck out here but the equivalent of 24 gallons is stretching the quantitive value of the term "large". Not really time to start packing to move to the moon, IMHO. Seems to me we could better allocate those billions $$$ devoted to finding other planets to destroy. Perhaps we should take better care of the one we've been given?

They are now pulling down to the 1070 winter pool. I'm okay with that, so long as they are being honest about it. The rationale is to reduce the impact of erosion and to keep the lake at the ready for winter and spring rises. Ultimately, the actions that the Corp takes is not always the result of their decisions alone, I'm sure of that.
