Went out last Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Caugt 10, 4, and 5 on those days to 15 lbs. All were caught on downlined shad. Fished all three days mid-lake to the north end. Went today andgot 180 shad, and am looking forward to a good turkey day catch!

Mav,
I'll get you back on board when I'm light on passengers and we're fishing on the north end, which will be now 'til spring.
We fished again on Friday (with bro-in-law), Saturday (clients), and Sunday (buddies). Friday was slow - caught 4 to 13 lbs, but had several knockdowns. Saturday was steady - caught 8 between 9 and 12 lbs. Sunday (my birthday) was a bust - lots of knockdowns, one fish broke off, but we did not boat a stripe. All fish were caught on downlined shad on the north end.

I thought I saw you come screaming by my house about the time the AU vs UA games was ending, was that you?
Thought to myself what is StriperNut doing out fishing during the Iron Bowl.
If that was you, boat looked great all trimmed out on the glassy water running in the mid 40's, on what was a gorgeous day for fishing, I was envious to say the least !!!!
