Early spreads are bama (-4) and florida (-10.5). Most of the others not listed yeat. BF how long do you think before the pool lists the final spreads? A lot of things can change in a month.

I am still working on the bowls pool...I somehow got duplicate pools in the system right now...trying to eliminate one of them...considering using just a straight pick'em format since most of the bowls will be pretty good matchups and then we will not have to wait for spreads to go in...what do ya'll think about that? post your thoughts if you read this monday morning...thanks

Either way is ok with me. The thing about the spreads is that injuries, DUI's, breaking team rules affect those and a lot could happen after the first games start. Is it possible to break the games down into two groups? Maybe one pool upto 12/30 (15 games) and the second 1/1 till the championship on the 7th (19 games). I like the spreads because it creates additional interest in the games, especially the close ones.

I think we'd have more correct picks with no spreads. Could make it more "interesting" and more likely tie breaker will be needed.

I am not allowed to make changes to the format after the first game starts--Dec. 19....the message from Pooltracker is that spreads would go in this week...presumably, once spreads are originally entered, they will not be altered in the pool although, as you said, the spreads do continue to be adjusted by the oddsmakers...thanks for input maddog, talisi

Don't be too hasty. Got it on good authority Cat had a relative who was a gypsy snake oil salesmen. It was so good, the pharms bought the rights and have hidden it ever since.
I'm a little incredulous you would consider a love potion from someone known as Maddog.
Far at Cat is concerned, I've seen those pics of him flying down the water. Not so sure he can put two and two together coherently and make the picks. Figure his brain has been addled too much. (boy am I asking for it, huh?) Imp part of me coming out today.

Pam asked me where all that furniture came from? I told her that it was on consignment and that it would be going to the Chicken auction. Just needed a place to store it until then. So, anyone looking for a good deal we will let you know which Friday night to be in Eclectic.
