Now confirmed! BLMEANIE rules the pools...or at least for now. BLM busted the straight pick'em pool hitting 25 of 34 bowl games for a blazing 74% and 23 of 34 (68%) in the spreads pool and finishing on top in both pools. BLM now goes into the Forum Pools Hall of Fame with the likes of JOHNGALT, POLAR, GENO, BAMABOB, AJ'SDAD, MUDDAUBER, and TALISI! In the pick'em pool, MOVINFR8 and MADDOG finished in a tie for 2nd place with MOVINFR8 having the better tiebreaker. In the spreads pool, the ever-tenacious LAKNGULF was on the cusp of of pulling one out--had Texas missed their 2 point conversion and the game ended without further scoring...what a shame..and I sure had some more good things to say about him...BUT, in the end, it was AJ'SDAD nosing LNG out for 2nd via the tiebreaker with LAKNGULF settling for 3rd place. What a great series of bowl games and hotly contested pools. Congratulations to all the top finishers...hopefully, we can work up a little get-together of sorts to appropriately recognize the football pool winners...more on that later...don't forget that March Madness is coming up next...

BigFoot, did you explain to blmeanie that the winner of each pool had to host a party so guess he has to throw one heck of a party as he is going to win both pools. Hope he has several Big Green Eggs to cook on.

Great picks indeed. Congrats to all our pool players. Another great season of fun, smacks, and picks that would make Vegas howl in pain to pay off. I on the other hand would have been welcomed with joy. lol. BF, thanks so much again for all the fun we've had!!!

Congrats to OL'Meanie on his picks in both pools. Meanie, you really did a great job and I'm glad to hear that you are from GEORGIA.
