howdy folks!
i'll be visiting your fine lake (logan martin) in mid-july with an assorted band of miscreants (friends) and would like to treat them to a pig pickin'. now, i plan to deviate a bit from a traditional carolina pig roast and incorporate the finer cajun points of a cochon de lait, but on a smoker instead of a pit. the advice i ask is:
whom do y'all suggest i go to for a smoker to hold a 50-60 pound suckling, for 2 days (as we'll be smoking some ribs as well),
and is there a butcher in the area that will supply, dress, and marinate said porker for me to pick up when i arrive. cooking time is gonna be extensive, so i'd like to knock out as much prep as i can.
i figured i'll post this to the local pros before i start my random phone calls to the area.
any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

If I planned that event for Lake Martin (not Logan Martin) I think I would call some of the local BBQ joints for help. They could probably supply the dressed pigs and maybe even the smoker, since some of them cater events. Gotta' be plenty BBQ places on Logan Martin. Google and start calling. Good luck.
