Guy and Girls -- I have had a lot of different broccoli salads over the years and I am going to tell you this was the best I have ever had, had last night at a friends home. And it is a weight watcher recipe - LOL.
Broccoli-Cranberry Salad
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon sugar
4 cups broccoli florets, chopped
1/3 cup sweet dried cranberries
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 teaspoons roasted, salted sunflower seeds
Mix mayo and sugar in small bowl. Cobime the next 4 ingredients in a meduim bowl and add mayo mixture, tossing to coat.

have used the same ingredients but add a tablespoon of white vinegar to the mayo/sugar mix. Gives it that extra tang.
