This is a link to the most comprehensive site I have seen when it comes to education on the pitfalls of ethanol laced fuel. The site covers state labeling laws, common problems, marine use issues, and more. They do have a product to sell (test kits) but the information they present factual....you can't fake the chemistry behind the problem.

The link is to the marine use section, but there are other very informative areas on the site.
