Great grilled appetizer

6 1/2 inch thick slices of provolone 1 tb dried oregano 1/2 tsp dried hot red peppers
Arrange cheese slices on foil that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle oregano and peppers on both sides of cheese and press in. Allow the cheese to sit at room temperature for about an hour. Grill on a hot fire until cheese is starting to melt (we used some hickory chips for some smoke) Serve cheese with crusty slices of bread. Enjoy!
