Deep Fried pork chops, fresh corn, butter beans, corn muffins, chopped onion, green tomato pickle, sweet tea. Blackberry cobbler.
Tomatoes not ready yet.

I think I already tried gettin' his GPS coordinates a while back, Larry...and if I remember right, he said follow the smell (unless I'm confused with someone else, LOL). We need to work out some good ol' boys (and girls) dinner parties Mack, cause that sounds real good! Larry and I can do OK too on occasion too.

Parker Creek, about a mile East of PC Marina. A long way by boat from most of you I imagine. My lake house is in a direct line the tornadoes follow after passing over CatHouse, Millbrook and Equality.
Yep, good old comfort food is always welcome, just like Momma's on Sunday.

is going to kill you if you eat too much. Pigs are scavengers you know and even in a well supplied pen will eat....well... you know. If you must, then avoid the fat. Kinda like catfish, or shellfish. Your body will only tolerate so much of it before you develop a reaction. Ever hear of anyone that has an alergy to Grouper? Red Snapper? Beef?
I have to have my BBQ every now and then but I take my Prilosec first :-)

Ever been in a beef feed lot? Ever been to a Salmon/Tilapia feed pond? Ever toured a fish plant at the coast for Snapper/Grouper/Yellow Tail/Spanish processing for your local grocer? No?? Not very nice.
My Grandmother always said " Moderation in everything you do is a simple solution to a better life". I believe her.
