I just returned from the Kroger with this weekends supply of meat for the smoker. I have a couple of slabs of baby backs, a pork loin and a beef brisket. I can't find a road race to run this weekend so I will have the smoker fired up and meat on it by 6am. Everything should be ready by high noon. I'll be trying my new secret Eastern North Carolina BBQ Sauce. If you're in the Sandy Creek area, come on by and give it a try.
