Any tips? Looks like it would be easy to screw it up.

RR....if you need anything from the BGE store in Tucker, please let me know and I will pick it up for you and bring it over to the lake this Friday.

Wow thanks for the offer! I did find the gasket material at Satterfields - for $23.50. I guess if you have BBQ bling you have to pay up :-) Let's see....I think I know the hardware store....can't remember the name... an Ace?.....huge. I used to buy the 5 gallon lard cans there I used for the "trash" steamer recipe we cooked on the beaches at Lanier. GREAT Store! Same one?

No, it wasn't talking about Ace Hareware. I was talking about the BGE Warehouse and Store on Lawrenceville Hwy in Tucker, GA. If you've got a BGE, they have everything you need. So if you or anyone else on the forum needs BGE parts, please let me know and I will gladly pick them up for you guys.
