Didn't do so well, we had two misses on downriggers in the Blue Creek/Tallapoosa river run area trolling silver spoons and big bucktails. Marked some stripe there early just below the thermocline ,but the bite was slow. Also marked alot of fish in the Chimney Rock area, but no bite. We got out about 11:00, man it was hot!!! Come on Fall.
