My boat didnt crank this evening. I pulled fuel line off at Carb... (fuel pumping) so I know fuel pump is working.
When I turn the key and engine is spinning , and I pump the throttle it tries to crank. If I stop pumping it doesnt seem to fire.
I poured gas in carb and usually it would crank with that but it doesnt today.
The gas filter going into carb was very clean.
I am lost. Sure would appreciate some advice.
Thanks, DaBurg

Not to wild of a thought. I have had that in the back of my mind. I have really been careless with my gas cans and these storms we have had could have placed water in cans before I fuel up the boat.
Going to run some gas treatment thru and see what happens...

Distributor & rotor button had green stuff growing on them... Cleaned it up and a lil carb cleaner and she runs fast again...
