Does anyone know of a store or place where I can get misc decorations for the lake house with Logan Martin on it?
I am mainly looking for a map of the lake similar to the one in Fat Mans BBQ just inside the door.

I have not been to Fat Man's so I do not know if the map is cut out and placed on top of blue water or if it looks "burned" on the edges but completely flat. I got one of the former in Birmingham from a store during their moving sale about 1 1/2 years ago. They were going to move to Homewood but were in the Galleria the last time I saw them (upstairs close to Penney's). I cannot remember the name of the store, just the location. I am going to be in the Hoover area tomorrow and I will pop in to look for you if you would like. I got coasters and coffee mugs from them too. Let me know what else you are looking for and I will check it out as well.

Thanks Cricket..... Really I am just looking for anything referencing Logan Martin Lake.
The map seems to be on maybe a metal surface but I think it has burned edges for the picture part. its maybe 24 x 16 if i had to guess.
Thanks for looking...... There was a place in Inverness that was lake decorations that went out of business and I never made it by there before they closed.

Movin,
The store in Inverness is the place I bought my lake items. He was suppose to move to Homewood but I saw him a few months ago at the Galleria. The map you want is the one he said he was going to stock instead of the one I got. I was in Homewood last week and went into the "lake" store but I did not see a lot of Logan Martin items - mainly Lake Martin and Smith Lake. I will still stop by the Galleria and see if the guy is still there and what items he has. I will keep you posted.

La Ti Da in downtown Pell City has a lot of lake stuff. Also, there is a little gift shop out on 78. It will be on the left before you get to the Co-Op. Sorry, I can't remember the name. I have a pillow and coasters with the lake map on them.

The "lake" store at the Galleria is gone. I am not sure if it is the one now in Homewood as the merchandise is drastically different and I think they were both open at the same time. If I find out any info on that store or other places that have lake items, I will let you know.

Two Sisters Gallery had a bunch of the metal Logan Martin signs. They are on 231 South, in the little strip mall across from Coosa Valley Elementary School.

Steve, Two Sisters has 2 maps of the lake remaining. I stopped in Friday to check inventory since they are going out of business. Everything is 1/2 off. The biggest map, 24 x 30, listed for five hundred and is now 250. They have a smaller one for 125. I really want the big one but not in the budget. I think I'm going to make my own, it'll mean more to me than buying it. But the map is expertly done but on a laser cutter that also does lettering. All the details are laser cut. Really a nice piece. They also have a few other Logan Martin items but not many.
