For instructions, I am doing a cut/paste from last year with some modifications:
The pool is ready--games for week 1 are up and ready for the pickin'...all lakies, forumites, and other weirdos are cordially invited to play our college Top 25 pool. The pool will run for a total of 14 weeks with the OVERALL pool champ to be determined by your BEST 13 weeks. This will allow for one missed week. Below is a list of pool particulars you may need to know:
POOL NAME: FootballPalooza2010
POOL ID: 49719
DEADLINE FOR PICKS: Kickoff for FIRST scheduled game of each week.
POOL FORMAT: Top 25 College/Pick against the spread/public pool..pool password not required
If you played, or enrolled to play last year, you are already enrolled and ready to pick games...just log in using your email address given last time as both your ID and PASSWORD. If you need help retrieving it, you can get it from pooltracker or email or post to me.
If you are new(just joining), you will be given a chance to change your screen name from your email address to whatever you choose...this change is recommended since most would not want their email appearing on a public pool....if you post on the forum, we would like for you to use your forum screen name.

CORRECTION: In my original post re-worked from last year, I stated that the teams were in ready for picking....should be AS SOON AS SPREADS are entered. We have had 3 who have already made picks and that is b ecause of my mistake....I will post when the spreads go in and remind those to return to check for any changes they want to make....picks may be changed right up until lockdown on Sept. 2...approx. 6:30 CST

and its not your fault. It takes REAL skill to pick the spread before the spread comes out....actually, I just wanted to have something on record in case I forgot to enter picks. I plan to "message" if I don't forget.

LOL...well I don't know..with all those new-fangled electronic gadgets you have, you just might be able to "anticipate the command" as spreads go....
