WEEK 4: In a very tough week for most, MUDDAUBER just kept on slinging and landed in the top spot for the week in the Palooza pool collecting 13 points for a nice 62 percent. No fewer than four fell into a tie for second high points with 12 and are separated by their tiebreaker scores in the following order: MADDOG, SMITTY, MOVINFR8, and LAMONT.
Seven others scored 11 points and closes out those scoring above the 50% mark. In the Overall Results, BAMABOB is holding on with 55 points, DUPONT now 2nd with 54, followed by MADDOG and MUDDAUBER with 53. We had some great games yesterday and hopefully all the Tide and Tiger folks have their pacemakers back on line after all the drama. Congratulations to the leaders and on to week 5....did I say week 5? Wow...football season is going way to fast....those 4 weeks in August didn't move nearly this fast....good luck to all next week!

Just got lucky on that one. Sue didn't see a 10-9 Cal-Az game. Even changed some of my fantasy players for that particular game.

So far this year, I've been posting my picks first of the week. Take 3-4 minutes to go thru and never look back. So it's really been just gut feelings and move on.

Congrats to Dauber and all of the other leaders. I guess my new method of picking just is not working out. Louie hardly even helps since I commented about him getting a little heavy and Sugar stays at the neighbors more than here. So I guess I will take a new approach and do one of the following:
Coin flip,
Ask the Mrs.
try the dart board,
all of the above.
Surely one or all will work (won't it)?

Coin flip doesn't work. Got me a bunch of coins. Say the spread is 16 pts. Tried a dime, nickle and a penny. Not too bad. But couldn't figure out how to get 16.5 pts. Every try to cut a penny in half and then do a coin toss??? Dang thing just don't work right.
Ask the Mrs. All I got was War Eagle and Roll Tide.
Dart board. Only works when you get the dart to stay in the board. When you finally do hit the board.
Tried to find Miss Cleo. You know, the phychic that was all over tv a few years ago. Guess she didn't see her demise so I figured that's a bust.
Nope, none of the above works. You just gonna have to do it the old fashioned way, work at it. Wait a minute, that's a advertisement. Everybody knows you can't trust ads.

I thought sure I was going to set the record with 100%...........but there were the 1/2 point losses..and then the total upsets ( I thought UCLA was terrible...guess Texas is still wondering WHAT IF COLT was still in the game ).. and of course Alabama , who has covered more than not recently. And now Bama is favored by 9 +/-. It was a tough week.
