WEEK 5: In the toughest week yet for picking the Palooza, SMITTY and MADDOG managed 9 points of the 15 possible for an even 60% but SMITTY hit the tiebreaker dead center and earns the top spot for the week. No fewer than 6 came in with 8 points but LAKEGAL came out of that pack with the better tiebreaker and takes 3rd place for the week. MADDOG now leads the overall with 62 points followed closely by BAMABOB, 'DAUBER, and SMITTY each having 61 points. It was a beautiful weekend for the Tide and Tigers but only heartbreak for the Vols and Dawgs. It appears that UT and UGA are making big improvements, however, and may be formidable foes for anybody in their way from here on out. Congratulations to this weeks leaders and on to week 6!

Good job Smitty and Maddog. That was a tough week, but, of course, I say that each week. Being laid up with a cast I am able to spend more time in my recliner, therefore I had more time to think through my picks this week. I analyzed each game, made my picks, and came out......at the very bottom.

you must have spent all your time on the fantasy league...where you have jumped into second place...ONLY 1 game out of first....we got to get that cast off you so that my BARCRASHERS will have a chance......

Congrats Smitty....you really nailed that tiebreaker. I thought I was going to be way high when I put 72 in my tiebreaker score. Good luck next week.
