Not sure yet but Pizza sure sounds good. I'd like to get Liz over here for a weekend, but we have a friend that's not doing well and that may change some plans. I'll call you sometime soon.

You buy your crusts at Wallyworld? Try using your bread machine to do the dough. Get a good pizza dough and some gluten and call me in the morning :-)

It's true...I once used our bread maker exclusively, but when in a hurry we now often use the Martha White (or store brand) package mix available from Wally World or other stores. I told Mav to try it. It may not be PC for chefs, but it gives unexpected results.

We have tried a lot of different kinds of pizza dough, usually make our own and gluten really helps.  Two store bought pizzas that we really like are Mellow Mushroom and Whole Foods.  Mellow mushroom sells their dough for 14.00 a pound and it is wonderful but really pricey.  Whole Foods dough is 3.99  a pound and it is to die for.  We usually get two 12 inch pizzas from each one pound pizza ball.

Did a Kung pau pizza on the bge. Got whole wheat dough from Fresh Market. Roll it out on dried grits instead of flour. Rub with olive oil. Put Hoison sauce, cheese, grilled chicken, wasabi flavored cashews, and cilantro. Also put a litte sesame oil on at the end. My wife said it was the best pizza she ever had
