had some of the best porterhouse (labeled T-Bone) steaks today for $4.95/lb. Now the grade is select but if you have one of these its no problem. Even then some of the "choice" I've been getting is not marbled at all. I use this on top round(labeled London broil)too.

Just checked out your link.  Those tenderizers work miracles.  I have one that is older than dirt, but it works great. 

I guess the trend to "leaner" meats is costing us marbled meat at just about any price.
