We had a great college fantasy football season! 13 decided to join and I believe most had fun and probably learned a little more about college players than they ever knew before....I know I did. I hope everyone returns for another season next year, and there will be room for more.

In our group, some spent a bunch of time researching and some spent very little. In the beginning, I said it can be done successfully with 15 minutes a week or less.....believe it or not, I stayed with that time constraint and did nothing other than set my lineup for the last several weeks. The year stated out with pc running the table 2 weeks in a row and I thought at the time she would be impossible to catch. Well, as trades, injuries, and bye weeks entered the fray, the pack began to close. Our best pick-up of the year goes to ot who saw the potential of Cam Newton before all others. ot lead the league for several weeks, and I was barely able to edge past her yesterday with blind luck and some great help from Brandon Weeden and my studley Ohio State boys.

Congratulations to McGill, ot, lakngulf and other top finishers for some great team management! It was a lot of fun and I learned a lot. Palooza results for week 13 will be posted whenever the Pooltracker guru finishes his job...he must be having 'puter problems.

Thanks commish for getting our group together for the Fantasy football and for guiding us through the process, it was a blast. Congrats to the McGill Magicians for pulling a win out of the hat on the LAST DAY! Also congrats to OT for leading us most of the season!

my bet is on Cam being a one year wonder for Auburn and he will declare himself for the NFL draft.....hope I'm wrong. If not, he will most certainly be the #1 draft choice in our league next year.

A few talking heads have said he needs another season to move into the first round draft. Seems to me if that is so, he'd be leaving millions on the table going pro this year.
Hope one of these days ncaa will wake up,and penalize the H out of these agents and agencies who break the rules, and pay thsese kids something to live on. Only thing that will stop this nonesense that is going on today.

If that kid helps win a national championship and gets the Heisman, I'd lay money on a 1st round pick. That said, I sure hope he does stay around and try to lock up the #1 pick.
