Stuff em with moist well seasoned bread stuffing, and throw them on the Green Egg (over the place setter with a pan of water) for about 1.5 hours.

You do know of course, as a newby, that in payment of all the detailed grillin' advice you get here from your questions, that you have to hand over some secret recipes of your own. Or secret recipes handed down by "Ma" or "Buzz" or "cindy Sue"??? Maybe a new Cheese Grits, or BBQ sauce.
