I have to second the recommendation for Southern Star Boarding and Grooming. Pam and Amber are two of the nicest people in the world and the animals get first rate attention. They just added onto the kennel and have large exercise areas for the dogs. It is on the only place near Alexander City that I would board my dogs.

Amber and her crew at Southern Star will make your pet sorry to come home. They are the greatest!Plus if you are lucky you get to see the Alpacas
