I am looking for a tritoon with a 150 HP four stroke or in that range.  I see some at a fairly good price on the sale sites but I have no experience with the Suzuki and I know no one that owns one.  I sure would appreciate the members views on this brand of four strokes.  I am partial to Yamaha and am reluctant to go with the Suzuki but if they are reliable and provide good service the price is much better.

I am not finding fairly good prices, what are the sites you are using. To me there seems to be an acute shortage of decent used pontoons and tritoons, I either find New or extremely old and almost worn out.

They are all over boattraders.com and craigslist. Look for what you want and don't worry so much about the asking price at first. My experience is that there is usually plenty of room to negotiate (but  the ones priced right from the start do go fairly fast). It takes a little work to find whats right for you at a good price, but it's out there.

In comparing cost I find that boats of same Mfg and length usually has a lower price with a Suzuki than with other four stroke engines. I use oodle.com because it pulls ads from several different places and with an account, which is free, you can receive emails when a boat with your requirements is listed. Through this site I have found two that I would buy but they were sold before I got to them. Also, most prices I see are above what NADA guides give as the average retail price. If I were selling I guess I would be trying to get as much as possible so I think there is a lot of room to offer a lower price.
