An old man in his 80's has just gotten into bed when he hears a ruckus in his prized flower garden He looks out the window to see that three drunk college kids have pulled their car onto his lawn and were relieving themselves on his flowers. Then they sat down to drink and smoke in the middle of the beds. This had happened before and as usual he called the police and, as usual, was told that it was Saturday night in a college town and they had all their officers answering more urgent calls, but that they would be there when someone was available. The old man slammed the phone down and went back to bed. He got madder and madder as the party continued in his garden. He picked up the phone and called the police again "No need to rush on my earlier call, I've shot all three of the guys and let my dog out to eat their remains."
23 seconds later 4 police cars screeched to a stop in front of the house. They arrested the three kids and an officer came over shouting "You said you had shot these guys!"......"YEAH, AND YOU SAID YOU HAD NO COPS AVAILABLE!!!"
