Sorry, my miscalculation. I may have figured wrong. Speed calcs were based on 147mph. How about give or take 5mph. Really don't matter at that speed. That is the fastest I have driven a boat, it was very interesting. The boat was designed and built for that purpose. I was fortunate enough today to drive a 28' Daytona Catamaran at just over 110mph. It belonged to an Indy Car racedriver. We will tune one more time tomarrow, and give it one last test run before sending it out to it's new home. It was sent here from Lake Havasu in Arizona. Hopefully, that goes well! It will leave enough time to do a final run on a 30' Cat headed for south Alabama. It should run well over 100mph as well. We do ALL of these test in rural Autauga County, in the Alabama River. Sometimes, I think I have the best job EVER. Remember, safety is always first. There are some that will cringe at this post. But, somebody has to do it. I'm just glad it's me. :) See yall at the lake Martin location next week. Steve

Looks like it would really be bad if an deaf old man in a jon boat took off from a tree top in the bend of the river. Ha, Of course he would have to be stone deaf I'm sure!
