Some of you know me from the Lake Martin forum, but as of yesterday I'm also linked to Logan Martin. My daughter will be moving into her new (to her) home in May (in Pell City) , and I'm sure I'll be up there often helping her get situated....just wanted to say hello and I hope to meet some of Y'all on the water!

I'd also like to add a plug to our OUTSTANDING Realtor, Julia Capps. I've worked with a bunch of them over the years and Julia is top tier.....even after the sale was a lock, she went above and beyond to help with many many things that saved me time and considerable money. If anyone needs a GREAT realtor in Pell City, give Julia a call.....BTW, I'm not easily impressed by Realtors and I'm very thankful twc recommended her to me.
