Well, It's not grilled, but my youngest is headed home from his first year of college and has requested Shrimp and Grits for a homecoming meal. That's what will be brewing up all Saturday afternoon at the lake.

Believe I will throw some salmon filets in lemon juice, olive oil and cajun seasoning and toss it over some mesquite. Either broccoli or skewers of squash and zucchini, and a bed of rice... Might just have a few Mimosa's or some beer with it...

We're celebrating a couple of graduations this weekend....Sunday dinner menu is scheduled for baby back ribs, corn bread, baked beans, and slaw.....and a few deserts to be determined.

Well, as some of you know that didn't go quite as planned.....at least I had taught Zach enough to finish the ribs and they tasted great the next day (and I'm still eating leftovers).
