Hi Temp alarm today, went back in, coolant reservoir empty. Filled with coolant/water, went out for ride. Came back, reservoir empty. I am fearing the worst, which is a headgasket? Seems to be some white smoke but no oil in reservoir, no water in oil. Funny thing is, can fill the reservoir and it empties without the engine running. No obvious leaks. What say you? Who is good to take to for diagnosis and repair? Live near Kowaliga. What kind of money are we talking here? Thanks

Found the problem. took me a couple of hours but determined that the hose fitting (plastic) that goes into the ride plate broke off. Gotta find someone to fix it

If you come tomarrow (Thursday) I will help you.  BUT, I want to look at it with you.  I am not really sure of what fitting you are talking about, and why it got broken. I am not a PWC pro, but now have most of the software and just enough knowledge to get in trouble.   If I can help you, you will get done in a few days.  No promises, but I will try.  Heck, it cant be that bad.  "Bling it on".  Just sayin'.  I am in Prattville now, but will be at Lake store all day tomarrow.

Unfortunately I left the broken nipple at Russell Kowaliga because I had to order the part(s). I ordered 2 since I figured if one broke the other would too. Turns out what you have to do is take the drive plate off, which apparently is a bear. Gotta take the jet pump off, unbolt it, melt the sealant with a heat gun, use a barrel jack to pry the plate off. Once off these things (plastic) screw into the drive plate. The coolant hoses clamp onto them. Then ya gotta seal it up, install the drive plate, etc. etc. I know what needs to be done just too much for me I think. I appreciate your offer of help but I had to return to Birmingham for the day Thursday. Was thinking of returning to the lake on Fri. I guess I am over a barrel and will take the thing to Russell Kowaliga.

Where are you located in Kowaliga....that's our area of the lake too (east side of Old Harmony creek). We love it here.
