Paddle boat has rudder problems. Entry has revits (sp?) that will need to be removed to get to the rudder mechanism. Does anyone know where I might get this repaired?

You might go by your local airport and ask about who might could help you.
I know that there is a repair place at the Elmore Airport called Try-D.
