Just found this in a recipe book I inherited from my Mom>>>

- 4 oz, Sharp Cheddar
- 2 Tbls, soft butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- @ 30 stuffed olives

Make a dough with the cheese, butter, flour, cayenne and celery seed. (food processor).
Wrap olive in 1 tsp of dough to form a ball. Bake at 400* for 15 minutes. Serve hot or cold with adult beverage.
Then, go finish the veal picata/pasta/sangria meal to follow.

Mac that sounds good and I do not even like olives. May try with jalapenos or sausage.
