Whole bean vs. ground. Starbucks vs. Sams. Drip vs. French Press.
Many/most? of us brew it every morning, and we have not debated the pro's and con's of selections or methods, as I remember.
Mine is whole bean in a rotary grinder into a basic drip Black and Decker pot.

We are not big coffee drinkers, but we buy Kroger ground medium roast Colombian. At the lake we have a Bunn. At home a Black and Decker drip.

Just add Kahlua... I just make the coffee, do not drink it - my wife seems OK with whole bean Sam's French Roast and a drip coffee maker. I grind the coffee about once a week at the house, and generally every time we go to the lake. I have been making her coffee for quite a few years, but could not tell you what it tastes like - the Mimosas that I make on the weekend - I can describe. :-)

Got hooked on coffee with chicory years ago, now mix my own since it's hard to find in most groceries. I mix 80% Costco (Kirkland) Columbian with 20% Community Chicory. Order Chicory over the Internet. Good stuff.
