Mr. Smith rolled his wheel chair out into the day room as usual. Nurse Goodbody sees that his pants are open and ask him to take care of it. A while later she sees he still has not zipped up his pants so she gently reminds him to take care of it. When she came through for the third time and he was still not zipped up she ask him what was wrong and why he wouldn't fasten his pants. Mr. Smith told her emphatically he had no intention of doing so. She inquired why and he told her, "yesterday I left my collar open and my neck was stiff all night".
