I think it is time for a major overhaul of the entire recruiting and signing process..and now they allow unlimited texting with more liberal contacts....not fair to a high school kid struggling to complete college prep courses, pass entrance exams, and clear the clearinghouse....not to mention what could happen when the kid is driving and his phone is going off like gangbusters....and did I mention that it is not good for the kid to get all this attention which often leads to a really bad case of the BIGHEAD....don't get me started!

UGA did okay on SD with 34 young men signing with the Dawgs. We didn't get the 4 and 5 star kids that some of the other schools got, but I think we'll be okay. What's up with Old Miss getting all these 5 star players. We had a couple of 5 star players here in Gwinnett County, GA sign with Old Miss. I think Old Miss still has a long way to go before they can hang with Bama and A&M. I'm still waiting to hear what our DC will do. He interviewed with the Saints yesterday. He promised a lot of kids and their parents that he would be at UGA to coach their kids.

OK is about it. We got a bunch of Rivals 4 stars but no fivers. I'm dissapointed considering our "one-play-away" finish. I thought we were pretty even with Alabama although they are certainly deeper. We ARE loaded with some monster DL and OL players though that will step on the stage this year. Might surprise eveybody. (Bigfoot chuckled at me last year for thinking the Dawgs could win the SEC but they almost did. :-)
