An old man with very thick glasses is testifying against a man he claims was stealing chicken. The defense attorney looks at the old man and said: Mr. Jones it appears you have very poor eye sight, just how far can you see? The old man think for a few moment and replied; I can see the moon, how far is that? I rest my case.
