Anybody on here have any experience with this type cooking?
My bride just returned from shopping with a SAM's rotisserie chicken for dinner. Not the first time, for sure, nor the last.
Have mercy, those things are good, even to bone it and make chicken salad.
I have tried chicken on a Weber, chicken on a smoker, etc, but the results were not as good as that at Sams?? Sad day, but true. My attempts have always been dry, bland and not very good.

Rotisserie Chefs.,,//  SPEAK.

Probably cooked it too fast. I rotiss all the time on a gas grill and it turns out just fine. I do it with chickens 1-3 or boneless lamb legs, or turkey breasts or some beef roasts....prime rib is tops. Sounds like you just need to do it more.
