Elmo and his wife Dora had 9 children, it seemed like every time a new kid came along she was with child again. Elmo took his wife to see old Doc Jone. He explained that he could not afford to keep having children and was there something they could do? Doc wrote out a prescription for birth control pills and told Dora to take them according to directions. He told Dora to come back and see him in a year.
Seven months went by; as Doc was walking down the street and saw Elmo and Dora coming toward him. Dora belly was pooched out like a basketball. Doc:said: My God Dora didn't you take the pills like i told you too? Elmo jumped in and said: She did Doc, but they were to small......they kept falling out.
Doc rolled his eye and walked away.
