A Baptist Preacher from Anniston, Alabama and a truck driver from
Lubbock, Texas struck up a conversation while waiting in line to board
a Southwest Flight from Love Field to Birmingham, Alabama.   They
ended up seating next to each on the flight back to Birmingham with
the roughneck taking the aisle seat and the preacher next to the
window.
 
After the plane took off, the stewardess (that is what you call an
well endowed "easy on the eyes" female "flight attendant" as opposed
to the Broom Hilda's and little lord Fauntleroy's that seem to have
taken over the occupation as of late - remember the Southwest
stewardesses  of the 70's, flying used to be so enjoyable - but I
digress)
 
  When the stewardess game by and asked the truck driver if he would like
anything.  The he said, "Ma'am, I would appreciate a bourbon on
the rocks".
 
  The Stewardess came back and placed the drink in front of the
driver and leaned over to the Preacher "Sugar, may I get
you something to drink?"
 
Appalled, the preacher replied, "I'd rather be tied up and taken
advantage of by women of ill-repute, than let liquor touch my lips."
 
Startled a bit the Stewardesses leaned back into the aisle and the
trucker quickly scooped up his drink and handed it to the stewardess
and exclaimed,
 
"Me too, I didn't know we had a choice."
