Ralph an 93 year old man had crush on one of the young retirees name Helen. Everyday he would stop her in the hall and try to have a converstaion, but she just walked around him and told him "GET LOST you old gizzer". Then one afternoon he stopped Helen and said: Guess how old I am? She sat down on her walker and told Ralph to turn around twice and take off his shirt, Ralp complied. Rubbing her chin she said; take off your pants, so Ralph took off his pants. Still not satisfied she said; drop your drawers. Ralph was a bit confused but Ralph took off his draws. By this time a crowd of old timers had gathered around. Ralph was standing there butt naked, but he was sure Helen couln't guess his age. She looked up and said: "Your are 93." Confused Ralph said: How the Hell did you know that? Helen replied: "you told me yesterday."
