Hub, I often go to Whole Foods for lunch and have a make it yourself salad for $7.95 a pound.  Among the items offered at the salad bar is a wonderful crumbled blue cheese which is sold separately at the cheese counter for $13.95 a pound. Damn, I always want to just fill up a cardboard salad plate with a pound of the $13.95 blue cheese and see if I can check out for only $7.95.  Maybe they even walk among us at a corporate level.
