I have not seen many cedar trees in the area, but word on the street is that Russel Lands has sold 20 lots to a mr henley to develop Cedar Point.  The lots are on the Real Island end of the 1600 Russell acres across the water from Willow Point and Kowalgia Marina.  Indeed, by boat you can see a Lake Martin Realty sign indicating cottages in the mid 600s.  The spacing of the lot# signs indicate that the lots seem to be pretty good size.

I was told the beginning of May about these lots.  We've not seen anything come up on the mls site for the lots.  I can't remember for sure but I think it is supposed to be around 20 lots.  A price was never mentioned but it was suggested that I go look at them and pick out a lot.  We've already bought another house on the lake so just a tad to late for us.

At only 600k let's just get 3 or 4 each and open a veggie commune,,, or else plant a corn field.
