Where do you add tilt fluid on a I/O mercruiser outboard and what fluid do you use. Motor was locked up and lost fluid during tilt motor swap.

Merc I/O outboard. I am confused. If it is outboard is is the small plug on the back of the pump housing. If it is I/O it is under the hatch. Just sayin'.
