Does anyone have a trusted person or company they use to care for pets while out of town at Lake Martin (Turner Rd area)?

Not aware of anyone who does this--would be a nice sideline business for someone--my daughter did it when she lived in D.C. & made very good $$

I don't know where Turner Road is, but if you are on the Alex City side of the lake, I highly recommend Southern Star as a place to board. They are located on 259 (Coosa County). I board my 3 dogs there any time I have to leave town. They will even administer meds if needed. It's very clean and they have nice fenced outdoor areas for the dogs and very clean indoor areas. Couldn't be nicer or more responsible. They are also a grooming service and an Alpaca farm.
I don't know if anyone has a home sitting service. But if you know a vet in your area, you could always check and see if any of their techs do it on the side.
