Took my wife to The Landing at Parker Creek today for lunch to give them a try.  "BIG OOPS"!  We both order Burgers (2 orders on 1 ticket) with drinks.  Waitress brought out her's, I waited, I waited, about 15 minutes later waitress brought out my burger, wife had finished her's.  I promptly asked waitress to ask manager to please explain why both burgers did not come out at the same time?  Manager came over to state that the cook had "dropped the ball" so to speak, and overlook my burger!  Manager said to make-up for the mistake that the cook would "make me a "Special Dessert"!  Great!  Will we waited, waited, waited, another 20 minutes, "NO DESSERT"!  Time to go, walked over to the manager, I stated that when the "special dessert" came out to give it to some child there!  He stated that the cook had sent it out.  BUT it never came to my table!  "SUGGESTION"!!!!!!!!!!!  Waitstaff should "always check that entire order is ready to take to table, if not ask cook why?  Cook should check ticket to make sure entire order is started together!  Manager should follow thru on a promise to a customer, bring "IT OUT" themself.  Know that their still in a learning curve, BUT please get "YOUR ACT TOGETHER"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
