I have no problem as most about documenting bad service.  But when some one or business does an exemplary job I believe we should share that experience as well.  The folks at Alex City Glass replaced 3 double pane windows at our cabin recently and we were quite happy with the result.  I am convinced that what is occasionally more telling about a business than their product or service is the manner in which they react to a client's concern.  My wife was concerned about a couple of items after the install and called this to the owner's attention.  Their correction of these issues was timely, pleasent, and complete.

I know several of you have posted about issues with your windows.  If you have not already had them repaired you might give these folks a call.  256-234-2765
