Had a great meal at the Landing on Thursday night.  A good crowd there but need more forum members to support Thurs.  We boated by after dark on Friday night and looked like a great crowd, as well as around 2pm on Saturday.  A great addition to Parker Creek.  We may demand Fish and Chips become a menu staple!

Can't be there this coming Thursday because we don't fly south until the 9th, but definitely have The Landing on our radar for the 13th.  Really looking forward to it.

Tried it today for 1st time ay lunch--had to go by car as we were running errands--big mistake--has to be the worst road in the county; cashier had a real attitude as if she had rather be in the Bahamas; fish tacos ok; sweet potato fries soggy & cold; everyone (except teenagers) talking about music being way too loud--couldn't hear others at our tables conversation; will try it one more time--but by boat & hope cashier ( tall blonde with sunglasses) is in a better mood or off to college

Sorry you had a bad experience.  With the crowds they have had that can be expected.  Hope you have a much better experience next time.  We like the Thursday nights.  If you can help us do anything about the condition of Coosa County Road 2, then please pitch in.

Hilltop and Cedar could use some road work too.  For the materials and labor they spend every year filling in the pot holes, it would be more cost efficient to just repave them.  I'd rather have the roads repaved than have the sides of the roads mowed.
